My milkshake brings all the boys to the yard

To make healthy milkshakes and killer cocktails the same rule applies: half ice, half ice cream.


Step One:  Fill.
From bottom to top...
Ice
Ice Cream
Peanut Butter (Optional)









Step Two:  Fill with milk 
Step Three:  Blend

Poof!

For healthy milkshakes (yummier to me than regular milkshakes) Substitute half the ice cream you would use with ice.

For kickass piña coladas replace half of the ice with vanilla ice cream. You will not regret it.
