When life gives you no money for curtains steal one from your table

Sew tabs on a tablecloth (especially one that doesn't fit your current table) to make it a curtain. Great for garage sale finds. These tabs are made from a sheet I cut up. Upcycle!

Upcycle project of the week: Turn a robe into a rug

Faced with a robe that was too big for me even when I was pregnant I decided to get to work.  Too nice for the rag pile, I set my mind to creating a bathroom rug.
